These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zoojee, a website and service operated by Bray Media LLC ("Zoojee," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3039 Nowitzki Way, Suite 3211, Dallas, TX 75219. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using Zoojee, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Zoojee lets you "adopt" a digital puppy — a companion made entirely of AI-generated images, video, and text. Every pup on Zoojee is AI-generated. No real, living animal is bought, sold, transferred, or otherwise involved in any part of the service. "Adoption" is a figure of speech for claiming a digital companion; it does not create any legal rights or obligations associated with the adoption of a live animal, and Zoojee is not a substitute for the responsibilities of real pet ownership.
Zoojee is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only use Zoojee with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using Zoojee, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Certain features that involve uploading a photograph of a person — including photos of your face, hands, arms, or other parts of your body — are available only to users 18 years of age or older. See Section 6.
Some parts of Zoojee (like viewing your adopted pup's page) require signing in with your email address via a one-time passcode — we don't use passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you access your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up or join the waitlist.

The pups, their images, videos, names, diary entries, and all other AI-generated content on Zoojee are the property of Bray Media LLC. When you adopt a pup, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and share that pup's content (including on social platforms like TikTok and Instagram) for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit pup content without our written permission.
If you connect a third-party account (like TikTok) to share content directly from Zoojee, that sharing is also governed by that platform's own terms of service.
Content you provide. Photographs and other material you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that material solely to create the Zoojee content you have asked us to create, and to make it available back to you. We do not claim ownership of it.
Some Zoojee features let you upload photographs — of yourself, or of places in your world — so that we can generate content featuring you and your pup together. This is entirely optional. You never have to upload a photo to use Zoojee, and you can replace or remove your photos at any time.
By uploading a photograph of a person, you confirm that:
How we use your photos. We use your uploaded photographs only to generate your Zoojee content. We do not sell them. We do not use them to train AI models. We will not use them in advertising or promotional materials without asking for, and receiving, your separate permission first.
Processing by AI providers. To generate your content, your photographs are transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers. That processing is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy practices.
Photos of other people. Upload photographs of yourself only. Do not upload photographs of other people, and never of a minor. Where a feature accepts a photograph of your surroundings, ensure no other person is identifiable in it.
Retention and deletion. We keep your uploaded photographs on file so you can reuse them for future creations, until you replace or delete them. You may remove your photographs at any time in your settings, or request permanent deletion by contacting us at hello@zoojee.ai. We will delete them within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain them by law.
Adopting a pup from an available litter is free. Some parts of Zoojee cost money — for example, creating a custom pup, or purchasing credits.
All sales are final. Because each custom pup and each credit pack is generated or granted for you at the moment you order it, we do not offer refunds.
Starting over is a new order. If you choose not to keep any of the pups in a litter we generate for you and start over with a fresh litter, that is a new order and a new charge.

Because each Zoojee pup can have only one active home and many people are waiting to adopt, your pup stays yours as long as you keep caring for it. A Zoojee pup is a companion, not a collectible — it gets hungry, it wants to play, and it's meant to be part of your days. Naming your pup is the start; caring for it is what keeps it yours.
A pup may be made available for adoption again, so another home can love it, in two cases:
In either case, we'll always try to reach you by email first, so you have every chance to keep them. While you're actively caring for your pup, it's yours.
We may also return a pup for adoption, or suspend or end your access, if you violate these Terms — including the Acceptable Use rules in Section 4.
Zoojee is an AI-generated entertainment product provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content can occasionally be inconsistent, delayed, or imperfect — we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific delivery schedule for videos or diary entries, or that content will always be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bray Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zoojee. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zoojee at any time, including for violating these Terms. You may stop using Zoojee at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Zoojee after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
